Program Description

When you opt in, Aspire Business Group LLC may send text messages related to your inquiry, financing opportunities, application or document updates, appointment reminders, customer-service communications and promotional offers.

By checking an SMS consent box, submitting a form that clearly includes SMS disclosure language, or otherwise providing written consent, you authorize Aspire Business Group LLC to send recurring text messages to the mobile number provided, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted.

Consent is not a condition of obtaining products or services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services requested. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out and Help

Recommended Operational Controls

  • Use a separate unchecked checkbox for marketing SMS consent.
  • Store the exact disclosure shown, timestamp, IP address, page URL and consent status.
  • Honor STOP immediately and maintain an internal do-not-text list.
  • Do not use purchased lists or prechecked consent boxes.
